Rebirth

Spring is so full of possibilities and life!  The trees grow fuller, the flowers blossom and our world turns green!  Living on five acres, surrounded by trees, I often feel disconnected…as if I’m in a cocoon.  I like the quiet…the sounds of nature–chirping birds, rain pattering, things growing.

I live in a jungle of varying shades of green, brown and blue…

Just up the lane, the neighbor’s horses are so happy to be free of their coats from winter…prancing and dancing…

I didn’t notice this birdie when I took the photo.  I had to crop off the back of the horse because he was relieving himself…

Let us be as free as nature…cast off your worries and embrace what we have right now!

    • By disconnected, I mean from bad things or from society in some ways, because I rarely watch T.V., I’m not working right now and we’re somewhat isolated here. I guess it’s in my head! It is difficult to express in words. It is beautiful and I love it!

  1. Thank’s Sherry to remember me… “rebirth” happens every year… for Nature, for animal kingdoom… shall be for us humans too!
I love so much the pictures of the horses (but the nature in blossom too…) I was looking at the top of our montains this morning, the green is almost on the top of it… and just a very little snow still on the hights of the mountains.
    Have a lovely sunday….

  2. Wow love this post. Fantastic photos as always 🙂 I feel like I’ve gone through a process of rebirth so your post really speaks to me right now. There’s something wonderful about nature that always makes me feel connected again. To be able to appreciate the beauty that surrounds us is such a gift. Thanks for sharing. Lisa 🙂
