Hopefully, you read Park I of my Enchanted Forest at the Krohn Conservatory yesterday. If not, you can read it here. I like being a Tourist in my own City!
The Waterfall at the Krohn Conservatory is lovely! I fooled around with the Aperture and was able to get that silky effect. It’s on my “to-do list” to learn more about my camera!
There’s a pathway behind the falls…
The metal butterfly is a chair…
We walked through the jungle…
And there’s a lot of jungle…
A unique flower…(and if you know what kind it is…I’d love to know)!
This bench looks so inviting…
I don’t know if I imagined it…but this goldfish seemed to pose for me. He stayed in that position, staring at me, for a good 10 seconds!
This baby was so cute!
After we left the Conservatory, we went in search of a restaurant in Mt. Adams (within a 10 minute drive) and stopped at the overlook.
I’m going to make a large print of a photo of Gina for her birthday, so I took quite a few photos of her. The picture needs to be black and white and I think this one would look the best in black and white.
This little house was hanging in a tree nearby where Gina was sitting. It’s so whimsical!
As you can see, there’s a lot to see and do in Cincinnati! If you’re ever in my neck of the woods…let me know!

That cute red blossom is from the Dwarf Powder Puff plant (Calliandra). I have one in my garden in south Florida and the hummingbirds love it.

Fantastic job again .. that red flower is amazing … the baby is very cute, but why do they have to have those hair bands on the their babies – much cuter without. The photo on Gina I think you should keep black and white – it is like she are sitting watching the whole world .. from her bench. Not a fan of black and white – but that is a great shot.
