Since I’ve been on the Paleo plan I lost almost 10 lbs. in two weeks and feel great! I gained back 2 lbs. just from yesterday. We ate at Skippers Marina on the river. I had a Mahi Mahi sandwich and a few potato chips…then last night we had pizza. Talk about cheating!!
Well…I’m off to help a girlfriend unpack boxes. She just moved yesterday. It’s supposed to rain here for three days…so we’ll probably go to a movie and out to eat. Make it a great weekend!
