Wine, Cigars, Nature and Friends…the perfect way to spend an evening.  The Vinoklet Winery in Cincinnati is beautiful!    It’s located in Colerain…a suburb of Cincinnati.    They’re having a wine “stompin” contest in September during their festival. 

This was my friend Gina’s first “Wine” Meetup event and although it was very hot and humid…we had a great time.  We sampled 8 wines and our favorite was Brother Joe, a Cabernet Sauvignon.  Typically I prefer Chardonnay, but this was very tasty.  Gina and I split a bottle and even had some left over at the end of the evening.

Places like this are great for taking photographs…the unique structures, flowers, grapevines, murals, stained glass, landscapes and most important…people!!

Debbie started the “Wine Meetup” and picks some great venues for the events.  She’s a spunky lady and lots of fun!  Mary and Chris are dating and met through “Meetup”!  I’m looking forward to getting to know all of them better.

Before I left, I asked my husband if he liked my new top…he said, “Yes…it looks like you’re going to a wine tasting.”
